Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tool Monster account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused tools back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
